The Vintage Delhi Boutique Online RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Thank you for placing an order with The Vintage Delhi Boutique. We want you to be happy with your online purchase with us. We recommend you should try on all item/s as soon as you have received them so you can send back within our returns/exchange time frame.

Exchanges 

The Vintage Delhi Boutique will happily do an exchange on any item/s that are full priced item/s.

We will provide you with an exchange if :

- the item/s are not the right size 

- the item/s are deemed faulty 

- if the original invoice is attached to the order 

- item/s are returned within 14 days of purchase date

- item/s are in original state, all exchanges must not have been worn, washed or altered & have original tags attached 

Item/s that do not meet our criteria are NON - RETURNABLE & will be denied.

REFUNDS 

We will happily provide you with a full refund on full priced item/s if:

- the item/s are deemed faulty 

- the original invoice is attached to your refund

- item/s are return within 14 days of purchase date

Items that do not meet our criteria are NON - REFUNDABLE & will be denied. 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS ARE:

purchase of wrong size on any SALE items 

all item/s purchased on SALE

any items that have not been returned within 14 days of purchase  


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds exclude the original cost of shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
 If you need to exchange item/s, send us an email at thevintagedelhiboutique@gmail.com and send your item & original invoice to: The Vintage Delhi Boutique , 115 Brazier Road, Yanchep WA 6035, Australia.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
